CIBS is a family owned and operated company which was founded in 2021, and as such we treat our clients and employees as part of our family to be valued and treated with respect. CIBS employs people from all different backgrounds and cultures as we continue to grow and develop within the industry.


We offer our services nationally across Australia with our main focus being in WA. Our primary aim is to always provide a high-quality service whilst implementing the advanced level safety standards to ensure the well-being of our employees.

CIBS objectives are to:


  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage all risks that may adversely affect our people, the communities in which we operate, or our sustainability as a company.
  • Comply with and seek to exceed legislative and other requirements applicable to our business.
  • Engage our employees in safety discussions.
  • Promote a culture of safety and health excellence, and in particular, work to encourage safe work practices and the implementation of the Drug, Alcohol and Fitness for Work Policy.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and ethical practice where employees are encouraged to contribute to the continuous improvement of our environmental performance, as well as respect cultural and community values.
  • Be accountable for our actions and be transparent to our workforce and clients.
  • Ensure the development of measurable objectives and targets leading to the continuous review and improvement of SHEC processes and encourage collaboration within the business and wider community to overcome any issues.
  • Provide a consistent approach to all safety, health, environment, and community matters across the business.
  • Encourage diversity and inclusion by ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and equally with a commitment to minimise and eliminate all forms of potential discrimination, harassment and bullying in the workplace.
  • Influence our suppliers and contractors to align themselves in a manner consistent with our approach towards responsible safety, health, environmental and community practices.
